Our Aim – To Make a Difference
Centred in
Wexford town, it is a project in the heart of the Community whose aim is to
respond to and prepare people with disabilities (physical & learning) to take on
board challenges of the modern world by promoting confidence and awareness
accomplished through focusing on the whole person to maximise their full
potential. This is achieved by the development and practical skills in an
environment which incorporates both therapy and training provided by a
professionally qualified, skilled committed work team.
Access for adults with disabilities (physical & learning)
There may be
people out in the community who would like to join our unit but are prevented
from doing so by some form of handicap, perhaps feeling that their progress may
be slower than average. It is our aim at the unit to offer those the same kind
of provision as we do for the community as a whole.
If you know
anyone in this situation please get in touch with us. We may be able to help.
Windmill is a bona fide charity, Registration No. 9500
Sponsored and
Funded by POBAL, HSE and the
Community
